Location was very central. The house was a piece of history combined with modern comfort. Good quality throughout and some thoughtful treats for our stay.

We were very impressed with this property! It has been decorated to reflect its history and has a very interesting backstory. Such a lovely ambience, spotlessly clean and the place smells divine. The central heating was greatly appreciated as were the electric blankets on the beds. The top quality bed linen was beautiful to sleep in. The central location is such a bonus with many cafes and shops within an easy walk. The recommendations that Joanne provided were great! I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Beechworth especially if you need a 3 bedroom place.

A very cute cottage in an excellent location. Right in the centre of town and an easy walk to many tourist locations. The place had everything we needed.

Such a beautiful house & furnishings. It was truely a beautiful place to stay with everything thought of. Well equipped kitchens and bathrooms. Sit on the front verandah with your breakfast & chat with the passersby. Lovely empanada cafe next door & great dinner at the Commerical hotel. We will definitley be back to beachworth & will stay here again.

It was perfect. Three bedrooms with comfy beds, two bathrooms, excellent kitchen and living room, all spotless. The location in the centre of Beechworth amongst cafes and shops was fantastic.

Marlo cottage is gorgeous inside and out. It’s been beautifully appointed and smells amazing! From the minute we walked inside I noticed how lovely it smelt, which led me to hunt around to find out where this amazing smell was coming from and hastily Google it to find out where I could buy it! It’s so much bigger inside than you imagine. The upstairs bedroom is gorgeous and so light filled. It has a lovely en-suite with a nice big deep bath. The bed was so comfy, both my husband and I commented on how well we slept every night. The decor is perfectly in keeping with the style of the house. It’s in an amazing location in town, everything is in walking distance which makes getting around so easy. Having Bandit, and amazing sandwich bar, right next door was an added bonus! We absolutely loved our stay and would definitely stay again and recommend it to friends and family.
