“Should have been paradise...but...”
When we arrived it seemed a little corner of paradise. Beautiful views, gorgeous house surrounded by lemon, plum and orange trees, hydrangeas and lawns. We enjoyed the pool, playing table tennis and badminton and just thought it was idyllic. The house had an air of opulence, beautiful wooden furniture and tiling, windows opening onto the garden. Our room in the eaves of the house had heavy wooden furniture all very in fitting with the ambience. Good shower, kitchen fairly well equipped. Parking. Small village and town nearby.

“a peaceful stay”
Location is superb with a huge baronial hall as you enter the main house. We had the apartment with the terrace. A must for the heat. A few things missing but the hosts were keen to supply as soon as they were requested. The pool was superb and well kept. We locked ourselves out one day and they were so kind in replacing the lock with no charge. Motto do not leave the key in the lock on the inside of the door. They do have duplicates to enter but our lock had to be dismantled totally and replaced. Wifi was included and we could watch some films on our laptop. The TV is small though. The road to the house is very steep and narrow so careful driving. However it is rural and we never met anyone driving in the opp direction during our 6 day stay. the garden is full of lemon and orange trees!

The location is amazing- in the middle of the countryside, with an easy 3 km access to the village and 15 min drive to the beach. The place is idyllic with superb views and a wonderful garden. The host is kind and helpful- ready to share info and great interesting facts about the area.
