Poor quality soap in the room. Poor quality body lotion. Towels were hard and scratchy. No Face Clothes. The carpet in the bathroom was so dirty that we dumped it in the bath and added water and soap. the coffee tea box has not been cleaned in years.

The staff were amazing - incredibly friendly and helpful. The food was of an excellent standard...the eggs benedict were out of this world! The rooms were very spacious, immaculately clean and very comfortable. There are excellent facilities. Two of our party had a full body massage and really enjoyed it. We met the owner of the establishment. She was professional, approachable and clearly very committed to providing a first class experience for her guests. I would highly recommend Villa Reis and would readily return!

Amazing as always The option to have: breakfast, lunch and dinner without having to leave the premises is a huge plus. The space is massive and so allows you time out the room where you can relax and enjoy the outdoors. Whilst feeling safe.
