“What a frustrating and disrespectful incident!”
The property could not check us in, we called the owner and he said he was fully booked and he was to reimburse the money the following day. A month later, after writing to Booking.com and the property owner, back and forth messages, he has never dignified me with a response. He hasn’t refunded the money that he knows very well he shouldn’t have taken 💔🥲

The space was clean, peaceful, and thoughtfully prepared, making it the perfect place to unwind after a busy day. Their warm hospitality and attention to detail made our stay feel like a home away from home. We would gladly stay here again!

We stayed at Berdfordview B&B Entire Bedroom Clusters for full 4 weeks and enjoyed every single day of my stay. Barbara and James took great care of my partner and me. We were never short of anything we needed for breakfast, and for me it was so nice to just sit in the garden and watch the birds and plantlife. In a good walkingdistance (10 min.) there are several shops for the daily need (Spar, Checkers, Woolworth Food) And several restaurants for different tastes. For bigger shopping needs Eastgate Mall is not far away and can easiely be reached by foot, or a short Ubertrip. James gladly helps with tips where to go or what to do. I am looking forward for my next stay at Berdfordview B&B Entire Bedroom Cluster.

“Very good value for money, really worth trying.”
Best hidden jewel in Bedfordview. All the little extras chocolate, milk in the fridge, fresh fruit toiletries etc... Very nice place to stay over a weekend or for a few weeks, the unit comes with a full kitchen with all you need to cook. I will be staying over again very shortly.

“Home away from Home... my new JNB base”
What a wonderful stay in the Hibiscus unit. Barbara and her husband were so welcoming and made sure I was comfortable. All my concerns were addressed quickly. The shower was always hot, I had a full kitchen to work with including a double sink. The unit was stocked with essentials including some shortbread; a fruit bowl, several teas, coffee, sugar, milk, salt and pepper, basic toiletries. This place is perfect for a long or short term stay. I felt right at home. It was always so quiet - which I loved. And the internet was clocking about 57 - 89 Mbps so I could get some online meetings done too. It was freezing cold when I visited so the aircon and superhot shower made a huge difference. The neighborhood is great and safe with cameras everywhere. There is a shopping centre about 1.3km away and big mall a short Uber ride away. Barbara and her husband were so kind and hospitable. I will definitely be back. It was also fairly close to the airport that I didn't have to worry too much about morning traffic when I was leaving.
