The flat was as described & as per photos. No stairs, no noise, parking available on the street. Very centrally located, it was just what we wanted. The boulangerie a few doors down on the same side of the street is wonderful. The washing machine is a big bonus point. We will come back on our next visit to Beaune.

Charles, the owner was extremely accommodating and helpful. Quick to respond to queries, he provided practical, useful and interesting information and local recommendations. The apartment was French shabby-chic with some lovely old pieces of furniture and a welcome pack of ground coffee and basics. The location was excellent, right by several dangerously superb patisseries and shops. Easy to access all parts of the town including a couple of outstanding restaurants such as Au Coq Bleu and a Grand Cave with wine tasting. Staying for a week gave us a sense of the warmth and friendliness of the local inhabitants and the ambiance of Beaune. Parking was free, nearby, and safe. The kitchen was well equipped for preparing meals from forays at the local market and charcuteries.

The apartment is very nice and beautifully decorated. The location is great - just in the heart of Beaune. The patio outside was a surprising bonus. We had our apero there and it was very relaxing - you can use the bedroom window as a serving table, so no need to take your wine glasses through the corridor ;) Neighbours are nice. We met the lady with a dog when having our apero and she was very polite and nice. We would definitely come back when in Beaune.

The living area is so spacious and luxurious! The decor is lovely and such a nice escape. The bathroom is a bit tight, but no real issues and wonderful water pressure. The kitchen and laundry were such a wonderful bonus. The bedroom is tucked away and provides nice dark, quiet place to sleep. No issues with noise, overall wonderful stay. The location is awesome- super close to everything

The appartement was as shown in photos. Living area was spacious, bathroom was small. Bedroom has a great courtyard outlook. Kitchen had everything you needed. Felt secure and private.

Great location on the edge of Beaune, close to shops and restaurants. Metered parking outside so could unload bags and then free park nearby. That is busy but I was able to get a park each time. We had a whole apartment with living room and small kitchen that was well stocked. We bought food one night from local trattoria and heated it up. Washing machine included which is useful and rack to dry clothes on. Excellent communication from host with detailed instructions including photos of where to go and how to get in.
