Perfect location, friendly hosts. Very clean and access to small patio. It’s small as one room but has most things you need. Parking is on the street outside address and plenty space. Easy walk to the centre. Great for a one night stopover. Definitely will return.

“Comfortable stay with great terrace”

Absolutely loved this place. Cleverly designed and thoughtfully furnished, with a lovely terrace that gets sun most of the day. Great to have parking right outside on the street, and the area felt quiet, peaceful and safe. Just a short walk to all the lovely restaurants and bars, and Arnaud was very friendly and helpful!

“Perfect room for a short stay with a dog”

Great location just outside the old town center. Close to Parc de la Bouzaise (un vrai bijou) which is just what you need for a morning walk with the dog. See photos.

Very nice landlords. Good location, you can walk to the city centre. You can park on the street in front of the house. Dogs accepted (10€).

We were met by the friendly owner and given a tour+advice. We liked the size of the room and quirkiness of the decor, everything was spotlessly clean and taken care of: cold/hot air system, table and chairs, tea and coffee facilities, a fridge, an umbrella and even a shoe horn! The outdoor seating area was a welcome extra facility which we did use after sightseeing, walking distance into the centre of town.

Location was great. The place was also amazing - nicely made and super clean. All you need is there. Even a nice terrace if you want to enjoy the sun :). Arnaud and his father were both helpful and super kind. Recommend 100% :)

It was well equipped, comfortable and close to the town centre. Parking was easy. The owner was easy to contact and very welcoming.

The studio was very cozy and clean. There was a fridge with some water and even some coffee and tea for the morning. We only stayed one night but wouldn’t might coming back for a weekend. Good communication with the host. Arnaud and his father (who welcomed us) were very nice.

Arnaud is a great host. Very responsive and he came to personally meet us and show us the property. The room was very sweet, quiet place and there was even a coffee machine for the morning coffee.

Great location, walking distance to the city centre, free parking on the street in front of the property. Park nearby where you can walk your dog. Small and cosy, nice decor, great for a short stay for two people. Coffeemaker with some coffee pods. Friendly host who will greet you and show you the ropes. We wanted to visit the “old hospital” in the morning so he agreed for a late check-out :))

Teh property is very clean and the host is very friendly.
