Very secure, quiet and and private location a short walk fromthe stunning centre of Beaune. We cyled through delightful countryside through the great vineyards of Burgundy.

We wanted a location that felt safe and secure, which this property easily satifsfies. There is a solid electric gate into the entrance private parking (property is in very quiet residential location) and has its own outdoor decking/grass area. Living space and kitchen facilities were adequate for our needs. Having air conditioning was important to us, and this worked very well :) :) :)

Spotlessly clean, superbly equipped, very quiet and secure inside a walled driveway. Attractive little personal garden with furniture.

Lovely apartment adjoining the hosts own house. Very well furnished and very modern. We loved the decor and the bed was really comfy. The bathroom was well equipped and wi-fi excellent. 10-15 minute walk to a large supermarket through a housing estate, was easy to find using "google maps". Secure parking inside the gated property.

- very nice and clean rooms - safe private parking in front of the door - quiet neighborhood but still very close to Beaune center - electric curtains in the room so you can darken the room. Perfect to make our baby sleep in the provided baby bed!

Breakfast was was not included in the deal. The property was in walking distance of the town centre as was the a big supermarket. Parking area at the property A nice seating area out the back in the private garden
