“Location, location, location”

The location so close to the centre of Beaune was a real plus for this property, as was having a park for the car right outside. Don’t be put off by the grim look of the exterior of the building - this was standard for Beaune.

The location was a short walk to the train station and to the main center. We hired bikes from a shop 2min away. The owner was very helpful and welcoming. The kitchen had enough equipment for cooking. There are some local shops but the larger supermarket was not very close. There was storage for the bikes undercover and out of sight. Loved our stay as Beaune has a lot to offer.

LOVED the location, just a short walk into town. Bright, clean and comfortable. Everything you need for a short or long stay. The parking is free and easy to access.

What a surprise when we opened the door - the renovation is beautiful. The apartment had absolutely everything you could imagine needing. Having s car, it was an added bonus to park right in front of the apartment. Just a 5 minute walk to the centre of town. The host communicated clearly and promptly. Highly recommend it.

Apartment is well equipped with everything you might need. Very clean and a few nice touches, basic toiletries and a few tea bags and coffee pods. A couple of small bottles of water left in the fridge. A steady 15 minutes stroll in to town (I’m not a very fast walker). There is a very comprehensive folder with things to see and do and restaurant and bar recommendations. If you don’t mind the walk this is a great place to stay.

Perfect location, fully equipped & all the creature comforts you could wish for …5*..photos really don’t do it justice!

Very close to the main station and to the city. The apartment is huge for 2 persons. We didn't use any of the kitchen utensils, so don't know what's there. In any case, there is a corkscrew. It's quiet. Charles is very helpful and quick to answer. Thanks for the recommendations.

Super location, a lot of space, nice interior, diswasher an washing machine and private parking space. Further there was coffea, the, detergent, extra towels and so on so had what you needed. Great. Finally there was a great guide to the town

Great location, easy walking distance to restaurant area & attractions including supermarket for supplies. Charles provided a great folder filled with information about the area that was super helpful for a first time visitor.
