“disappointing”
all very average . but breakfast bar very poor. I E : no apple or orange juice. no cutlery or napkins. needed to ask for everything. pastries were not fresh . just not up to b and b standards.

Great option for a quick roadtrip stop. The manager was very kind and helpful. Bed was comfortable. Everything was functional and cleaned.

“I paid for the room twice and this has not yet been resolved”
I paid through booking.com. When I arrived at the there was no reception, just a machine in front of the door. The machine took my booking number but said i needed to pay for the room before i could receive the door code and enter the hotel. I called the hotel and explained i had already paid through booking.com. The staff member said don't worry, the machine will just confirm the card details are correct, but the card won't be charged. Well the machine charged the card the full price of the room. The next morning I spoke to reception and showed them my bank account and that my card had been charged twice. Once from booking.com and once from their door entry machine. They said they would refund me once they received the second payment from booking.com on their hotels system. It has been several days now and I still have not been refunded. My emails to the hotel have gone unanswered.
