“A charming stopover in a lovely location”
Comfortable accommodation in a lovely property in the heart of Beaumont. Nigel was very friendly, giving us a comprehensive tour of the property and even making us a booking in a great local restaurant. Beaumont itself made a nice stopover on our way back to Bergerac, with easy access to other bastide towns and markets.

The hosts, Nigel and Kate, casually generous with their hospitality at every turn. We were made to feel supberbly welcome and at ease in every corner of this tastefully eclectic paradise. I had tended to be a bit snobby about English hosts in France, usually preferring an authentic French experience. However, both were fully integrated in the local culture and language, clearly appreciated by indigenous and Brits alike at an open air food festival in the village. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

“Perfect everything we hoped for”
The authenticity of the property, the fact that all the character had been kept, it’s quite position on the edge of the village, and most importantly, a friend in this and generosity of the owners
