“Charming place”
The place is very charming, well furnished and fully equipped, located in the very centre of the town, in a quiet and beautiful area. The owner is extremely friendly and helpful. The only (small) downside is that it was not clear from the description that the house is on 3 levels (ground: kitchen/bathroom; 1st: living; 2nd +loft: beds), so a lot of stairs climbing...The weather was very hot when we were there, making the loft quite sweltering (even though two very useful fans are provided). But for this, our stay was enjoyable!

L'Oustalet is very comfortable. It has everything you need. Very well conditions. Perfect location in the center of the village Beaumes de Venise. The owners are friendly and very helpful. For sure, I will come back. I'm really happy with the L'Oustalet. I will recomend it 100%. Thanks.

“Town house the medieval way”
A charming 4-storey house very central in the village. Good restaurants nearby, bakery and supermarket only a short walk away. Very attentive host who found us, who were quite lost, and helped us in. Good clear instructions on handling the house, and the best of all, a washing machine!
