Great modern apartment, super clean, nicely decorated and located in close to everything. Good communal areas, garden and pool. Special shout out to Leeance on reception who was always helpful, efficient and cheery. Breakfast was served in a smart dining room on the ground floor with a sufficient spread to please a variety of guests.

It was quiet and relaxing

Clean room, friendly and responsive staff, convenient location, and easy parking on the hotel premises. There is also a kitchenette with everything you need, which is very convenient. Only positive impressions remained.

Breakfast was very satisfactory -delicious fresh bread and cakes. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Location is terrific - a very short walk to all Beaulieu has to offer and very close to railway station to make easy trips to Villefranche and elsewhere.

“Prime location and Côte d’Azur vibe!”

Location is prime - walking distance to the train station, coast promenade, shops and restaurants. Parking is available by the hotel, but can be booked out, reservation is needed. We parked outside in the street (can be expensive, but we were lucky to get a few free spots). Good breakfast. Helpful and friendly staff. Nice and clean room, has everything we needed, including some kitchenware.

“Nice, clean place but could have given a proper double bed instead of two singles put together.”

It's a common problem in hotels. You book a double bed but instead you get given two single beds placed together so you have a gap down the middle. I thought the breakfast was a little disappointing since I paid the same for one in Paris where the eggs were freshly made for each person. Admittedly I was a bit late to breakfast but still. Maybe I would have put the bed against a different wall so that we could sit in bed and watch TV rather than the tiny sofa. Could have had more channels working.

Location is great, the swimming pool is a big bonus, would ensure to have a room with a balcony for my next visit, booked late so none available this time. Staff are really friendly and helpful. A brilliant place to stay

“A wonderful spot on the Côte d’Azur”

This was a perfect base to explore the region. Our studio with terrace was very comfortable and had plenty of space for 2 adults and 1 child. A small but functional kitchenette with plenty of crockery and cutlery, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. There is a communal washing machine which can be used for free and a cleaning product room on each floor which you can use (iron etc) Lovely secure car park and we kept our bicycles on our terrace for extra security. There is a small but lovely pool area with free towels. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Beaulieu is a small and charming town, very quiet compared to other nearby towns. There is a wonderful bakery at the top of the road and the train station and supermarket next to it, just 5 mins walk from the residence. A wonderful week and we would recommend to anyone looking for a base to explore the area.

Great location, close to shops, restaurants, beach

Very good hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast simple but very good. Roomsize is very good. Would reccomend taking a room with balcony or outside sitting area. Very clean.

“Nice service department to the east of Nice.”

It's to the east of Nice, with a hill in between. Taking an uber from the railway station to the residence costs about 20+ euro. It's more like a service department with breakfast. The manager provides self-service laundry, which is quite helpful to us. It's near the centre of the town so you can conveniently find quite some restaurants.
