“Spacious and clean apartment in the attractive historic centre of Beaugency”
The apartment is very well located in a quiet street in the historic centre of Beaugency. It's in a historic building with some ancient beams and quirky features which make it an interesting and charming place to stay. It's spacious and well furnished with a large kitchen. Aristide was extremely friendly and welcoming and keen to do all he could to ensure our stay was a pleasant one. We enjoyed our stay and we would not hesitate to go back in the future.

There was no stay. I called the property after having made the booking, as it was already evening, and I was explained that it was too late, they couldn't prepare the house for me anymore. That was perfectly ok, as it was already 21h30-22h. I was told to cancel the booking in app, which I did immediatelly. What is totally unacceptable is that after several promises, the property hasn't refunded me yet, over 3 weeks gone by.
