Fabulous place to stay just outside Killarney. Accommodation well appointed and well kept. Outside space superb with tables and chairs by the grass. Comfortable lounge inside if you aren’t as lucky with the weather as us. Peaceful location very near the Gap of Dunloe. Even has an EV charger! Breakfast was was very good.

Great location outside of Killarney but close enough to be accessible to town. Fergal and Jen were warm and welcoming hosts who couldn't do enough during our brief stay. Inveraray Farm comes highly recommended!

he location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area. The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of fresh options, and the staff was always very kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout the stay

This was lovely! The farm is beautiful and we especially loved the super friendly dogs and cats. The view from our room was great, we could see the mountains. We were also greeted by the curious cows whose pasture was just a few meters from our window. In the morning, we got delicious breakfast. There were lots of breakfast options, even vegetarian ones. Sadly, we only stayed at the farm for 2 nights, but we had stayed at another place nearby for 3 nights right before that, so we got to explore the area quite well. The farm is a perfect starting point for exploring the Gap of Dunloe. It's also perfect for a visit to Killarney or for driving along the Ring of Kerry. It's only a 1 hour drive to Dingle as well, so there's just lots of things to do!

My Mom had the best night sleep in months! The bed was very comfortable and the property is very calm and peaceful. Jen and Fergal are very friendly and attentive.

The host was extremely nice and welcoming even if we arrived quite late. Breakfast was really good, the countryside surrounding the B&B is really lovely and the room was great!

Beautiful location and very convenient to visit the rings of Kerry and Dingle, the gap of Danloe and the Killarney National Park. Spectacular sunrises from our window. Jen our most welcoming host gave us valuable information about the area.

Jen, Fergal and the ladies who helped with breakfast were so incredibly friendly, warm and helpful - the perfect hosts. The house is just gorgeous, with beautiful views and gardens. The breakfasts were delicious and plentiful. The location was perfect for us to tour the Ring of Kerry and the Gap of Dunloe and shop at Killarney. It was the perfect stay and we were sad to leave. Thank you Jen and Fergal for your hospitality- we loved every minute of our stay!

When you arrive (yes, it is when and not if, because this is a must-stay), make sure to give a belly rub to Luis, the smaller dog. He is the real boss of the estate and after that belly rub, you will be in heaven for the whole stay. Jen and the other lovely ladies in the kitchen will serve you a delicious breakfast every morning (wide variety of choice - irish, vegetarian, continental, all with very quality ingredients). They will also make sure that the beds and the rooms are super comfy, soft and warm for your sleep. The room is so cozy after a day of adventures in Killarney and Kerry. And what a lovely morning view of the mountains and meadows! Luis will tell Bruno, the younger dog, that you are an approved guest. Bruno will then immediately proceed to politely ask if you maybe have a delicious snack at your hand. No? No problem. Just a small pet then to brighten up your day. Oh, and the doggos are so well trained they never enter your room, they just hang around with you outside! If you need anything, Luis and Jen will make sure that you feel like at home. There is a tea corner, a wonderful lobby to hang around and chat, an electrical car charger, and the room is equipped with a heater if you need a little extra heat. Don’t think twice and just book now, because this is a peak of Irish charm and hospitality. Great location, close to Killarney and a famous pub/restaurant Kate Kearney’s Cottage. Thanks for the lovely stay, I just wished we had some more days to spend here. Guess will have to come back. :)

Spotless, cozy and comfortable. Ideal location for so many activities. We were climbing Carrauntoohil and it was just perfect, 10mins drive!! Very accommodating hosts. Fab full Irish breakfast ready for before we left!! Lovely stay, thank you ☺️

“Would recommend”

Great location for attending a wedding nearby. Jen was very friendly and welcoming and they gave me a room with an external entrance so I could come and go as needed without disturbing anyone else. Breakfast was great also and the room was comfortable.
