“Best stay ever”

We stayed in the penthouse apartment, and the view was absolutely mesmerising. The location is ideal, with everything nearby- great restaurants and lively spots. Big thanks to D'offay's owner, Maryvonne, who kindly showed us around, saving us much time planning our day trips. The house helpers, Nimanshi and Sachin, were very kind and always looked after us. Maryvonne and her team, along with Doffay car rental, even helped me retrieve my laptop bag at the ferry terminal, which I had forgotten back at the apartment. They are truly wonderful, trustworthy, and reliable.

Staying at D'Offay Seaview Apartments was honestly one of the best decisions we made for this trip. The apartment itself is beautiful — spotlessly clean, spacious, fully equipped, and with a balcony view that made us want to just sit there forever with a morning coffee staring at the sea and mountains. The pool is lovely too. But the real magic here is the people. Maryvonne, George, and the whole team are incredibly warm, kind, and genuinely helpful — always around when you need them, never intrusive. They go so far above and beyond that it honestly feels less like a stay and more like visiting family. One of the highlights of our entire trip was the dinner that Maryvonne and George organized for us and the other guests. Sitting together, sharing an amazing home-cooked Creole meal, swapping stories — it was such a beautiful and generous gesture that we didn't expect at all. That kind of hospitality is truly rare. If you want to experience the real Seychelles with people who genuinely care about making your stay special, look no further. “Babymoon”

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment on Mahé. The sea view was fantastic, and thanks to a shortcut it was only a 5–10 minute walk to the beach—very manageable even in my last trimester of pregnancy. We felt very comfortable, as the accommodation had everything we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen and a large bathroom. The spacious balcony was perfect for doing workouts, and the pool was clean and great for relaxing and swimming. The bed was the most comfortable we had during our entire stay in the Seychelles. What really made our stay special was the hospitality of the owner, Maryvonne. She is a truly special person who gave us great tips for activities on the island. We really appreciated her and she made our stay even more memorable. We would definitely come back and couldn’t imagine a better, cozier place to relax. It’s also very close to Beau Vallon Beach, where you’ll find many shops, takeaways, and restaurants. Our favorite restaurant was La Perle Noire.

“Amazing hosts that go the extra mile for their guests”

Amazing hosts - showed us around, shared recommendations, prepared welcome snacks. We stayed for 6 days, and one evening they organized a free Creolean dinner with some amazing home-made food. The apartment is spacious, the view from the balcony is great. The swimming pool is very clean, they give beach towels, the outside area also has a barbecue grill. The kitchen is fully equipped, the bed is comfy, the shower is also really good. The Wifi was very good for Seychelles, I was having Teams calls without problems.

Hosts and staff were very friendly and communicative, always in touch and ready to help us anytime (they even took us up to the apartments and at the end of the vacation to the airport) The host also showed us surroundings and gave some recommendations about the cheapest and tastiest places to eat. Now about territory. The apartments are located on the high point, so there is a wonderful view from the balcony. All the rooms are spacious and clean, and the kitchen is provided with all the necessary tools of great quality. Outside, apartments are adorned with trimmed trees and plants and there is a tidy swimming pool that was cleaned by the staff about twice a week. As for the road to the apartments, it's not that steep so you can easily get there. Speaking about entertainment, 10 minutes from the apartments there is a perfect beach Beau Vallon. Stores are quite near too.

“If I could rate this stay higher than 10, I would do so without hesitation”

From the very first moment, you don’t feel like a tourist here, you feel like a truly welcome guest. Upon arrival, Maryvonne greeted us with a refreshing coconut, which was perfect after the journey, and then even drove us around the area, showing us the main spots and a short path to the beach (just a 5-minute walk!). We’ve never experienced this level of care anywhere else. It was also such a nice touch to find a starter set in the fridge: water, eggs, bread, butter, and cheese. It may seem small, but it really makes you feel at home right away. Since we didn’t rent a car, the hosts helped us a lot with getting around, they took us to the trail and to Intendance Beach, and on the way Georges gave us a mini island tour. It wasn’t just a ride, it was an experience in itself, very warm and genuinely interesting. They also gave us plenty of great recommendations for excursions and restaurants, all of which turned out to be excellent. A special highlight was the Creole dinners. We were lucky enough to attend twice, and it became one of the most memorable parts of our trip. A truly home-like atmosphere, incredibly delicious food, and a chance to discover Creole cuisine from the inside. The apartments themselves are perfect: brand new, spotlessly clean, very cozy, and thoughtfully designed down to every detail. And the ocean view from the balcony is simply breathtaking. But what stands out the most is the people. When our return flight was changed, the hosts kindly allowed us to stay longer, which meant a lot to us. And their assistants, Nimashi and Layandro, are just wonderful, always smiling, always ready to help, and genuinely kind. They even saw us off at 5 a.m., which was incredibly touching. Honestly, we never expected to meet such warm and genuine people. We are still impressed, throughout our stay, we truly felt at home. I visited three islands, but this place was my favorite by far.
And I’m already planning my next trip, and I know exactly where I’ll stay.

- good shower drainage and water preassure - new kitchen tools and ammenities - big apartment, lots of space - quite big balcony with a place to sit down and enjoying the OCEAN VIEW ! - clean apartment - amazing staff (owners and workers) ! - classic cloth-hangers - you get some basic food supplies - special local food dinner (home-cooked) by owners - outside pool with a view and plenty of sunbeds to relax or tanning - AC was working good - imidiate hot water in shower - parking space with electronic door gate - 5 mins walking to the beach / supermarket and closest restaurant - HUGE and very comfortable bed & pillows - lots of space in the wardrobes to store your clothes & stuff - safety deposit-box - fast and stable WiFi connection

“Feels like home - beautiful stay in Beau Vallon”

From the moment we arrived we were treated perfectly! The owner and the staff were amazing and kind. We had the master bedroom on the top floor, which was spacious, clean and well equipped. Maryvonne helped us with everything- and they even hosted a dinner for the guests with authentic creol food. The pool is great, the beach is just a few minutes away on foot. We will definitely be back :)

“Incredible experience!”

Two words - incredible experience! This was our first time visiting the Seychelles, and the local hospitality began even before we arrived. After a brief conversation, the hosts helped us book a car, which was delivered to the airport right on time. We received a very warm welcome with fresh coconuts and papaya. Maryvonne, the owner of the appartments, even took us on a short car tour of the neighborhood, pointing out shops and local infrastructure with her personal recommendations. The fridge was stocked with "welcome" groceries for a delicious breakfast. The property is impeccably maintained: there’s comfortable parking, nice swimming pool with sun loungers and good view, an outdoor shower, a BBQ area (summer kitchen), and tables. The panoramic ocean view is simply breathtaking! The rooms are brand new! They feature modern furniture, a large kitchen fully equipped with everything you might need, big bed, air conditioning, a capsule coffee machine (it was amazing! :), a large digital TV, a drying rack, and even a washing machine! We leaved in the penthouse but all rooms have a nice view and big balcony which is even good for morning yoga. The hosts, Maryvonne and George, are incredibly welcoming and kind-hearted people. One evening, they organized a stunning dinner for us and other guests. Delicious Creole cuisine, soulful conversations, and pleasant company—it was wonderful! If you choose to stay at these apartments, I guarantee you will be delighted. The memories of the time spent here will stay in your heart forever. I hope one day will come here again ❤️

This place is run by one of the friendliest hosts we’ve ever had. They gave us a tour of the surroundings upon arrival & welcome drinks. We were invited to a free dinner during our stay to sample their home cooked meals which was amazing. The rooms are beautiful, well equipped and perfectly clean. Don’t hesitate to book here!

“Magnificent place to stay!”

The apartment was perfect! Very nice, very spacious, clean, with a very well equipped kitchen and an extremely comfortable bed. The bathroom was luxurious, also very clean. The view from the terrace was magnificent, we could see all of Beau Vallon. The pool was big and we felt like it was our own private pool. The distance to Beau Vallon beach was a maximum of 5-10 minutes, as were the shops. Maryvonne and George were very polite, friendly and helpful. They organized a dinner for us all one evening, with home-cooked food (and free!). It was an amazing experience! We would definitely come back!

Very great accommodation. Super clean, pleasant service, super comfortable bed, impeccable cleanliness in both the room and the pool area. Extremely helpful staff. If you go on foot, you can use shortcuts, the beach, restaurants, shops are all within a short walk. It is very rare to find such clean accommodation.

One of the most special moments was being invited to a Creole dinner prepared by Maryvonne and her husband Georges. The food was absolutely amazing, and the evening spent with other guests was truly memorable. The apartments were spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The views and the pool area were beautiful and peaceful, making it a perfect place to relax. Overall, the hospitality here was next-level, and we felt truly cared for throughout our stay. “Totally Worth it”

This place felt like home because it was originally Maryvonne and George’s own house, and you can really feel the warmth in it. The location is great, only about a 5-minute walk from the beach. Maryvonne was incredibly helpful and guided us through almost everything on the island. She helped us plan activities, saved us money by connecting us with the right people, and made everything easy and stress-free. She and George even took us around the island, showed us the city, and treated us to lunch during the trip. One evening, they also invited us for a homemade seafood dinner, purely out of kindness. On a more personal level, when I told Maryvonne that I had cancer and that I drink soursop leaf tea, she immediately went out of her way to find the leaves for me the very same day so I could travel with them. That meant a lot to me. Their hospitality was genuine, honest, and from the heart. They were truly the best hosts I’ve ever had in all my years of traveling, and if I ever return to the island, I wouldn’t think twice about staying with them again.

We had a wonderful stay at this place, and it truly exceeded all our expectations. The view from the hotel is absolutely stunning, overlooking both the pool and the ocean. The property is very well maintained, clean, and clearly cared for with great attention to detail. Our apartment was spacious and included a small kitchen, which was very convenient and allowed us to cook for ourselves from time to time. The location is excellent. There is a shortcut that leads quickly to the beach, and several restaurants can be reached on foot within about 10-15 minutes. The staff, Nimashi and Layandro, were incredibly attentive and helpful. Always asking if there was anything they could do to make our stay more comfortable. What truly made this stay very special, however, were the owners Maryvonne and Georges. They went above and beyond to make us feel genuinely welcome. On our very first day, the host prepared an authentic Creole dinner for us and the other guests - completely free of charge. There was freshly prepared fish, octopus curry, sweet potatoes, and other local dishes. The food was absolutely delicious and gave us an amazing introduction to the local cuisine. Maryvonne also took the time to give us a small tour of the area, showing us important places such as supermarkets, restaurants, and the best way to get to the beach. She even drove us to the start of a hiking trail and helped organize transportation whenever needed - all of this without charging anything. She also surprised my girlfriend, who had her birthday during our stay, by organizing a birthday cake. Additionally, the owners offered excursions at very fair prices, much better than what we saw elsewhere. They helped us with everything and made traveling around the island so easy. Even though the weather during our stay was not perfect, the warmth, generosity, and hospitality of the owners and staff truly brightened our days.
