The host was incredibly friendly and welcoming. She personally met us at the bus stop, accompanied us to the accommodation, and stayed in touch both after the booking confirmation and throughout our stay. She provided valuable information about places to visit, attractions along the way, and local specialties that made our trip even more enjoyable. On top of that, she surprised us with a homemade cake and a thoughtful farewell gift, which was a wonderful gesture. Her hospitality exceeded our expectations, and we truly felt welcomed and cared for throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

Ula’s place was perfect for us. The apartment was super clean and comfortable, and the view is amazing. On top of all Ula made us feel right at home and helped us with everything we needed. The communication with her was clear as day. Couldn’t ask for anything more. We will definitely stay at this place again next time we’re in the area:)

She kindly offered to help with our luggage and provided us with all the important information we needed for a comfortable stay. “Home From Home”

Excellent location and view over mountains and Lake Thunesee. Very friendly and welcoming hosts. Convienient for public transport (bus) which can be free if you complete an online form. Niederorn Gondola and Fernicular about 2/3 miles away by car or bus. Felt like a home from home. Consider Swiss Half Price Pass and Berner Oberlander Pass if staying for a week or more, as both proved very beneficial for us.

An absolutely fantastic facility, with a wonderful, warm host - Ula is an absolutely unique host who will always help you, advise you and give you hints - without her help our stay would not have been so fantastic. However, in my opinion the facility itself is nicer than in the photos :). Great location - both for hiking (e.g. with a dog), close to the Niederhorn mountain (discount with the guest card for the Niederhorn cable car), a dozen to several dozen minutes' drive to all the region's attractions. To sum up, the facility and the host were fantastic - absolutely 10 out of 10.

Beautiful apartment in a great location :) Ula's Holiday Apartment was the perfect base for us to explore the area, great views, spotlessly clean and with everything we needed. Ula was an exceptional host; friendly, welcoming and always happy to take the time to very kindly answer any questions we had and provide information and suggestions for good hiking routes. From the moment of booking her communication went above and beyond which meant we were well informed prior to arrival and received clear and easy instructions for locating the property and arranging check in. I cannot recommend a stay with Ula enough if you're looking to explore this region of beautiful Switzerland.

It was perfect for us. The apartment, the View was stunning and ofcourse ULA is a fantastic host. She was very helpful. She helped us to plan our day. Simply it was very fantastic experience with ULA's holiday apartment.

“Great stay in Beatenberg”

We liked the location and getting awaken by the cows' bells every morning. The house is very pretty and extremely comfortable. Ula was very welcoming, helpful and kind. We arrived pretty late, around 21h after a very long road trip and she welcomed us with some cookies and tea which was very nice.

The property is really nice and clean, perfect location for all the famous hikes, the view from balcony is stunning. Ula is absolutely amazing, always available to answer your question any questions and to help. Also, the property is dog friendly and accepted our two dogs. Cannot recommend enough! Looking forward to come back to tackle the hikes we didn't managed to squeeze in our short stay.
