“Very disappointing experience.”
I had a confirmed reservation at this hotel, but it was cancelled last minute without a proper solution or alternative offered. Because of this, I had to urgently find another hotel late at night and ended up paying almost double the original price, plus extra driving and parking costs. This caused significant stress and inconvenience during my trip. I would not recommend relying on this hotel unless you are prepared for last-minute changes.

“Hotel on the hill”
It has a very nice view, easily accesible with public transportation. We had a good rest after a long day. A little bit noisy but not too bad. Cold water provided and other amenities are in good condition.

The location is very good, and the views exceeded the expectations. The staff is very friendly. The bus stop (stop name Waldegg) is just outside the hotel, which makes it super accessible.If you have to leave early before 08:00 AM then let the staff know or you can open the main gate with your room key also.

“If you need only a bed to sleep - you will be fine”
The hotel is a part of local initiative that you get free local bus tickets for the whole time of stay. That saved me from driving my car to Interlaken and searching for parking spot. Really dark room in the night. Nice view from the terrace.
