An absolutely exceptional property. The service was beyond outstanding, and the staff made us feel genuinely welcomed from the very first moment. The food was phenomenal and incredibly generous. Without question, this was the best stay we’ve ever experienced.

Small and welcoming in an amazing location. The room was themed as a relaxing Japanese room with a jacuzzi double bath and a large bed. The outdoor terrace was incredible with our own private sauna which heated up really quickly. The hotel does not have a restaurant but you can book dinner in the lovely hotel which is 50m away. The minibar and fridge is all gratis and very well stocked. The bottles of wine and fizz were more than we could have drunk! It was a total pamperfest. Just what I was looking for on my wife’s birthday.

“Perfect stay!”

We stayed in the Japanese room and it was absolutely perfect. Nice view, sauna on the terrace and jacuzzi in the bathroom. The service is excellent and we felt pampered for the entirety of our stay. They delivered breakfast to our room every morning, snacks and sodas/beer were always available in the room (with the possibility of refills), a bottle of white wine and red wine free of charge in the room and we were welcomed with a bottle of prosecco and a delicious cheese/meat platter. Highly recommended for couples who want to spend a relaxing and romantic weekend in the mountains.

We loved the location; the room was beautiful, and the view was breathtaking. The service and the food were very nice too. It was a perfect way for us to celebrate our anniversary. For sure we will come back!

“Simply outstanding in every respect”

The location in Beatenburg was ideal for me. Away from the tourist throngs in Interlaken, it was literally a breath of fresh air. The themed rooms boast generous space and lots of features that gave it great value for money. The host Dominic was outstanding. There was nothing too much for him. His service, breakfast of choice and complimentary drinks are all extraordinary. The location of the hotel features some of the most spectacular views of the lake below and the mountains. Simply outstanding.

And the way they serve breakfast in a basket every morning in your room, just great!

I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Hotel Zeit & Traum, and I must say, it was one of the best experiences I've ever had. I've stayed in hotels across nearly 40 countries, and this one easily ranks in my top three. The hotel itself is immaculately clean and beautifully designed, but what truly sets it apart is the breathtaking view overlooking the lake—simply stunning. While the location itself may not be the most central, the incredible view more than makes up for it. You truly feel like you're in a tranquil, scenic paradise. However, the most memorable part of my stay was the warmth and hospitality of the staff. Everyone went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome and comfortable. Their genuine smiles, constant attentiveness, and eagerness to help made our experience unforgettable. A standout feature was the ever-present snacks and fruits, which were promptly refilled whenever they ran out. The attention to detail and level of care was remarkable. This level of customer service is hard to come by these days, and Hotel Zeit & Traum delivered it in spades. In short, this hotel combines a fantastic view with world-class service. “Relaxing spa retreat in the mountains!”

The hotel is one of a kind! Loved the views from the terrace, the amenities, friendly staff, complimentary snacks and cheese board, lots of drinks and amazing breakfast in the morning. This hotel has a complimentary bus which is about a 30 minute drive from Interlaken West. Everything was thought for free toiletries, slippers and a robe. The spa facilities were excellent loved the huge hot tub and Sauna. You will definitely enjoy your stay here didn't want to leave it was so relaxing!

“Exceptional Experience”

Everything. We travel a lot and have travelled around Europe but this hotel was above and beyond any place we have stayed so far. The creativity of the design, definitely is something to look forward to. rooms are super clean, the hotel management is super generous with providing almost any snack you might crave and refilling it free of charge. The view is breath taking. The breakfast was such a smart idea to be served in picnic baskets behind the door. We Loved Everything and looking forward to go back.

Dominic and his colleagues, they are so professional. They take care of all the fine and every little deatils ( room decorations, stunning view, fabilous facilities , service room breakfast, and etc ...). They really tried hard to make the guest happy. I would give them 1000 out of 10. To all guests, just book with them, and you won't regret it at all. By the way, they gave me once I checked out, a nice gift to remember them forever.
