Our toilet broke down and we had to shift rooms . The staff were very helpful to make the move easy could not have chosen a better property considering our need for a kitchen which very few hotel designated properties in that area have . And the view from our balcony..breathtaking !!

Quick checkin and professional staff. Very welcoming. Its strongest USP is all rooms face the lake and mountains so you are never short of a great view! Great swimming pool area. Close proximity to beautiful locations such as Interlaken, Grindelwald, Lauterbrunnen for a stay at far lesser price. Room equipped with kitchen a lifesaver especially if you are travelling with kids and can cook a but on your own

The greatest advantage of this hotel is undoubtedly its location. It is conveniently situated and provides easy access to the main attractions and points of interest in the area. Despite some of the issues we experienced, I would like to express my sincere appreciation to two members of the reception team who made a genuinely positive impression on our family. One of them showed a very thoughtful gesture toward our son. Upon learning that they shared the same birthday, he kindly gave our child a birthday gift. This was an incredibly warm and touching moment that made our son’s special day even more memorable, and we are truly grateful for his kindness. I would also like to thank another young receptionist who spoke Polish fluently. He demonstrated exceptional professionalism, care, and attentiveness throughout our stay. He was always willing to help and made every effort to ensure that our family felt comfortable and well taken care of. I would also like to acknowledge the manager who ultimately assisted us in resolving the issue with our room. He kindly arranged for us to receive the exact room category that I had booked through Booking.com and had expected from the beginning. Unfortunately, it is a pity that this situation was not resolved immediately upon our arrival. Nevertheless, I appreciate his efforts, professionalism, and willingness to find a satisfactory solution. These employees stood out for their genuine hospitality and professionalism. Thanks to their kindness, attentiveness, and sincere willingness to help, we were left with pleasant memories of the hotel staff.

Amazing hospitality throughout our stay, with special thanks to Dominic and Alex for taking such great care of us and promptly resolving all our queries. The hotel is perfectly located, offering scenic and serene views that made the experience even more relaxing. The views from the room were absolutely beautiful. The breakfast was honestly one of the best we’ve had in Europe — excellent variety, quality, and service. The breakfast staff were incredibly warm, friendly, and attentive every morning. All the facilities were top-notch and maintained to a very high standard. Overall, a wonderful experience and we would highly recommend this hotel.

Generally, the hotel is good. The facilities are excellent for staying with family and spending quality time. The staff is fantastic, from the reception to the bar, everyone is friendly and helpful. The restaurant is also good value for money. For travellers with a car, the garage is a plus, it’s very convenient, included in the price and has an electric charger available. Lastly, the room offers a stunning view and is very comfortable.
