Laetitia at reception was tremendously kind and helpful. What a lovely person. After we arrived, we saw some other guests being demanding and difficult; she remained professional, kind and courteous despite their unreasonableness. I hope the hotel recognise what a treasure Laetitia is.

“Good location, but very small room”
Supposed to be a superior room, but it’s not clear why you would call it that? No opportunity to leave the curtains open as the rooms opposite look in, and a very small room…… no car park although the public car park was close. Great location for the old town

The location is always the most important part for me. I was able to walk to all points of my interest. The room was of a comfortable size. The breakfast was right for my needs.
