“Bayonne: good overnight hotel on the way to spain”

Big room on ground floor. Handy with the dog. Nice people at the reception. Good location. Good shower.

Dog friendly a d dogs ARE allowed everywhere. Brilliant

The staff were friendly and helpful. They stored my Bicycle for me.

Hotel advertised bar and restaurant, but neither were available. It has obviously changed hands since we stayed there a year ago. It has changed for the worst.

They had a restaurant on site which we used and the food was lovely and the staff very engaging and friendly despite being rushed off their feet with a very busy restaurant. The hotel was quiet in the night - no road noise

Location good, staff were good,

Welcomming staff on front desk. What was needed after o long day. Staff in the morning were able to tell me which public transport to take to get to railway station and where to wait for it.

The room was as expected. The coffee was lukewarm warm and so were the warm foods, such as eggs, sausages.

Minor hiccup on arrival, promptly solved. The rolm & bathroom were excellent as was the restaurant. There are 2 bus stops very close plus the motorway exit/entrance. Very convenient.

The staff were friendly, room was adequate for our needs. Great location and had electric charging points. The breakfast was really nice and worth the £10, pastries, yoghurt, fruit, eggs, sausages, beans, fruit juice. They also gave clear instructions on entering after hours.

I booked 40 minutes before arriving as I am driving from Galicia (Monforte de Lemos ) to the UK and like to drive until I am tired, The room was basic but very clean, clean towels provided ,exactly what I expected Friendly and helpful receptionist, quiet I only heard 1 aeroplane (airport close by) It was not a problem that I had a small dog with me For me the location was okay as it was an overnight stop but if I was here for longer I would want to be nearer town, this is in the middle of retail areas for cars, garden centres, builders merchants etc

Location is great, just off A63...road out of Spain to Bordeaux. I arrived at 6pm and left the next day at 6am. Reception lady was great, spoke perfect English. Has a restaurant which I didn't go in, serves breakfast from 6am. Comfy double bed in a smallish room, lots of lighting. Shower has no screen, close door behind you or room carpet will get soaked. Parking is not gated but safe. Wifi is really good. I would stay here again.
