Location was perfect, could walk into town within 10 minutes, and was very near the ring road so easy to leave town to do touristy stuff. Very clean and comfortable. Happily spend a night in after a big day out. Really good having the electric heaters in all rooms. Very very quiet. Beds were very comfortable. Would definitely recommend this place to everyone.

Comfortable property and really nicely decorated. Comfortable furniture, too. The location is ideal. It's really quiet, but only a few minutes walk into Bayeux so we were able to leavethe car at the property whenever we visited the town for dinner.

Situated in a quiet off-road location with safe private parking outside. Only 10 – 15 minutes walk from the cathedral, museums, shops and restaurants. Clean, spacious and well equipped. Some outside garden space with furniture to enjoy when the weather permits. An excellent house handbook with clearly laid out information. The photos guiding us to the property and key box were really helpful.

“A lovely stay in Bayeux”

We spent a few days in Bayeux and surrounding areas and used this beautiful little house with gardens as our base. Very easy to walk into the center of Bayeux in about 10 mins. Very quiet area . Lovely decor and comfortable beds. Dedicated parking space. Met the owner David on our last day. Couldn't have been nicer. Highly recommend!

“Outskirts of Bayeux”

Located on a nice quiet street, good parking on gravel driveway. Nice neighbours at adjoining properties. 10 to 15 min walk into town down quiet streets. Good access to nearby major roads. House was clean and well kept. Bathroom and kitchen facilities worked well.

“1944 Tour”

We went with two Swedish friends to tour the area. Accommodation was excellent, plenty of room, garden and parking. Walked to the Boulangerie each morning. Fantastic supper in La Pommeries. Five beaches, four museums, two cemeteries and one bridge.

Even better than it looks in the photos. Loved the comfortable furniture and beds and the fire place was a massive bonus when the evening got chilly. While it is slightly out of town, we enjoyed exploring during the walk in. Everything was easy and we appreciated being met and shown around by the lovely owners. I would recommend to anyone.

The location was perfect, nice quiet location but 10 minute walking distance from city center. Bayeux is a very nice original city. The house is perfectly suited to house 4 people with enough space and comfortable beds. The bonus was the wood stove.
