We liked sitting at the kitchen table by the open window watching the swifts fly by at eye level. We liked the fresh baguettes we got from 4 mins away that were so much tastier than the English baguettes. We liked the loft bedroom looking out over the rooves and hearing the rain at night though the open window. The central location was lovely too as we were in the middle of things but above the bustle. We were so lucky as there were bands in the high street the first weekend and a medieval festival the second and both were great fun.

Perfect location in centre of Bayeux.. 3 mins walk to Cathedral surrounded by local shops. Easy drive to all D Day beaches. Very well equipped apartment and has everything we needed for a family of 3. Loved the quaintness of the split levels. Peaceful at night too.

The apartment is beautiful, spread out over 2 floors. Furnished simply but very well done. The location was in the center of town, and it was easy to walk to all major sights. Bayeux is a gorgeous medieval town, most buildings saved from the bombings of WWII. Location was within short drives of the beaches, cemeteries, museums dedicated to WWII.

Location is amazing, right in the centre of town. Free parking very nearby - on our final night we got a spot right opposite, which was handy for packing the car on departure. Well equipped kitchen, including excellent espresso machine and toaster. Lovely apartment with great facilities and tasteful decor.

the property was brilliantly located, had all of the amenities needed for a much longer stay than mine, and was immaculately clean. i would certainly stay again when returning to Bayeux.

Excellent conversion within a very old building. Quality fitments and furniture all tastefully done. Location was excellent being within the main tourist area.
