“Nice house and location. Close to all historical places. Highly recommended. Pure 10 from me.”
The house was magnificent, super clean with all amenities. The scenery was amazing and so quiet. Laurence, the hostess was polite, super helpful, a real professional. The two lovely horses at the yard and the tennis court next to the house were a nice surprise. Everything was in order.

“A lovely villa with rustic charm in beautiful grounds”
A beautiful setting less than ten minutes drive from Bayeux centre and the same to large supermarkets. The villa was a mix of rustic and old world charm. Comfortable beds and good facilities. We really enjoyed our stay

“Super stay and ideal location for family holiday”
Super facilities for children. Fabulous grounds to wander around. Location excellent to explore surrounding areas eg D-Day landing beaches, Bayeux, Caen etc.. The host was lovely and available to contact if needed.

“Character, space and peace. Perfect.”
The space allowed our family enough privacy, but great social spaces inside and out. Huge grounds - lovely for children. Big dining room, huge bedrooms, clean, comfortable and perfectly well equipped. Will certainly stay again. We stayed in the deluxe side. There is a smaller apartment ajoined but it had no impact on our stay at all.

“Great for a family stay!”
The Chateau is beautiful, very well equipped in the kitchen, our host was very attentive and acted promptly when needed, they even had some carrots for us to feed the horses of the property. The property is large and very well maintained. It was a great stay.

the environment of a small castle, very private and far from the city. Landlady serious and friendly and very helpful. Professional brand washing machine + dishwasher + dryer and they work 100%, very functional and satisfactory, everything comes out clean and fragrant, a very positive note indeed . If you are a fan of World War II, you will find many attractions here that will truly fascinate you. furthermore, the Bayeux cathedral illuminated externally in the evening with classical/opera musical accompaniment, is something truly exciting, attracts many people to the square in the evening. ;)

“The chateau is a unique, beautiful property and perfect for exploring Bayeux and D-Day beaches.”
We loved the chateau which is a unique, historic place to stay and the furnishings and decoration are beautiful and luxurious and have great attention to detail. The surroundings are beautiful and there is outside space and gardens to sit in. The weather was too cool for us to do that, but we still enjoyed the views, looking out from the inside of the chateau. The location just outside Bayeux is perfect, only minutes away from the town centre by car. There is lovely 2 mile walk to the centre if you have time. Our host Laurence was very welcoming and helpful.
