Very clean and neat homestay, maybe the cleanest in all the homestay I stayed in passed two years. Parking very close to the lift (just beside the parking slot), and parking place very bright even in the night time. Foods available near by, just by walk, maybe 5 minutes walk. And downstairs have 7 eleven, and 99 speedmart, which is very convenient for those who want to have some snacks, etc. Overall, very recommended.

“Nice place”
The entire apartment is new and clean. The kitchen is complete with all the necessary utensils. The parking lot is right at the entrance door to the lift. There are two food court kopitiam within walking distance.
