“A nice and comfortable hotel.”
The room was vert big, comfortable and clean. The balcony was big and we could see the sea. The gym was very good. The parking for the car was good and the staff was supportive at the entrance.

“Awful glad to leave the place”
Food was awful, nothing was even warm apart from the toast. No kettle in room wanted to charge 22.00 dollars a night for one. Air Con leaked woken to water running down the walls, then engineer came in morning removed ceiling panel and flooded whole room. Hotel wasn't that forthcoming in changing our room until I showed video of water during the night. Couldn't get hot water for tea or coffee in the morning as the urn wasn't hot in restaurant.

Nice hotel with very spacious rooms. The hotel shuttle runs every 30 minutes to the most beautiful beach in Bayahibe. Excellent dinners at the Alma restaurant. Helpful staff.
