Location, cleanliness, amenities. Owners are truly delightful. Such beautiful accommodation in a very special location. Unfortunately we had very loud guests next door but otherwise we can’t fault the accommodation.

Charming house and friendly host

Very warm welcome by Maria Laura. She was super helpful. Breakfast super tasty. We felt at home ! Her husband Ottavio showed us his art, this was very kind and interesting. The house is very well located in the center of the village and with stunning views.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Giaminera Rooms & Art Studio. Marie Laura was a lovely host - she gave us a warm welcome, offered great recommendations for food and activities, and was always happy to help with anything we needed. The breakfast was outstanding, with a beautiful selection of delicious local foods. We also loved the little art studio downstairs - we bought a cool little picture to remind us of our trip. We would highly recommend staying here.

We had a wonderful stay. Maria Laura was an exceptionally kind and helpful host, always ready to assist with dinner reservations and anything else we needed. The accommodation itself was lovely, full of authentic art and local charm. It’s perfectly located in the heart of the village, just a short drive from the seaside. Highly recommended!

Beautiful space with history 😊

It was one of the coziest places I have ever stayed at. The host was super lovely and welcoming. The best part was the view from the balcony and the beautiful sunsets. But the room was also super nice, spacious, and clean. Parking is right nearby as well as the main area of Baunei with many restaurants and cafes. We are definitely planning on coming back next time we visit.

Everything! The location is very central with easy parking just outside, which made things super convenient. Maria Laura is the kindest host – she greeted us personally, showed us around, and made check-in incredibly smooth. She even reached out before our stay to help with tour suggestions and logistics. The guesthouse is absolutely beautiful, full of character, and the room was spotless. We were blown away by the attention to detail: slippers, earbuds, toothbrushes, toothpaste – all provided! On top of that, she surprised us with a bottle of wine and a rose for our anniversary – such a thoughtful gesture. Plus, the view from our window was lovely!

Everything. The location is perfect. I recommend starting in Baunei to visit the beautiful coast of Cala Mariolu, Goloritzè and Luna. Baunei has a beautiful view of the coast. It’s amazing. Giaminera rooms is the perfect place to stay. Full with beautiful illustrations. The host is friendly and ready to help any time. We stayed a night longer :)

We felt very welcomed. The rooms are very cozy, that we booked the room twice in our holiday. The Art it the whole house and the Art studio are also really nice.

A lot of care and attention went into this property with lovely hosts. My only regret is not having time to see the art gallery! Everything we needed was provided - tea, kettle and coffee machine - hair drier, toiletries etc. Very comfy mattress. Creative art all over the house . Very close to the Main Street and we had no problems parking. Will stay again.
