“Bonissima”

What an amazing view from the room with terrace/balcony- absolutely stunning. we were hosted by the sweetest lady bonaria who wanted to make us feel warm and welcome.. and she did just that..welcomed with delicious coffee and a homemade biscuit.. we with no italian managed to understand her. Capito :)

the hostess has a heartwarming way and is so almost friendly! The rooms are good size and very clean with a fantastic view over the city and a balcony with seat opportunity

“Home away from home”

The name of this listing has the word "Experience" and with good reason. This is not just any standard stay but an experience where you are made to feel as though you are part of the family and not just a visitor. The lovely Bonaria and her son Battista are excellent hosts so I cannot recommend this place more. It felt as though I was still living at my mum's, especially with the daily breakfast (including delicious homemade biscuits) and chats in Bonaria's very own kitchen. Battista is very knowledgeable when it comes to outdoor activities around the area since he also works as a guide. His tips were a great help to us when planning our days. As a bonus to all this, the views from the room are spectacular and the room was spacious, clean and cosy. Thank you both for making our stay so special! Hope to see you again soon :)

“Amazing”

Everything, from the location to the super friendly host. An old lady, household mother offering us her genuine side, lovely coffee and food. A very warm and homely experience.

Breakfast was good. The hostes and her son were very accommodating. However, you need to express yourself using google translate in English language. The owner speaks Italian, French and Spanish.

“Perfect everything”

Rooms were clean and comfortable, has everything you need. Mama is a fantastic person and host. I wish I could take her home with me, wonderful food and great people.

We had a wonderful stay. Our host was lovely and cheerful. We do not speak Italian and she did not speak English, but she made a lot of effort to chat with us and we all managed to have a laugh. Baunei is also a very cute town.

I booked very last minute and still can’t believe I lucked into this gem! The hosts are the best and it was a great chance to practice my Italian. The room was sparkling clean and outfitted with so many thoughtful details - Wifi was stable & pretty fast (especially for Sardinia). The views from my balcony were *chef's kiss* - you could see all the way from the sea, across the valley, to the mountains. Breakfast each morning was a special treat and I was always able to take a few items with me on my adventures for the day. 10/10 I would recommend this place to everyone - even made some new friends!

“Nice stay”

View of the incredible valley from the room's balcony, really unique. Baunei is a super lovely village where to stay and do not forget to stop by Santa Maria di Navarese.

Everything was excellent, including Italian language lesson at breakfast (colazione)!

“An authentic Italian experience”

Our hostess Bonaria and her son tried to communicate with us when they don’t speak English and we don’t speak Italian 😁 We felt very welcome and it was a wonderful experience. We were greeted with coffee and homemade cookies on arrival and Bonaria even packed us a sandwich for the next day.

“Perfect place to stay in Baunei”

We spent two nights in beautiful Baunei at this lovely place. Highly recommended! The room was recently renovated. Thus, the room is modern, spotless and its furniture is in good condition. The highlight was the big balcony with an awesome mountain view. Next to the room itself, Bonaria and her son Battista are the perfect hosts. They are welcoming, friendly hosts who serves strong Italian coffee and home made breakfast. Thank you for having us!

“Great hospitality, amazing view and very comfortable”

We had a really warm welcome by the Bonaria and Batiste. They made us feel like home. When we arrived Bonaria made us italian coffee and we sat back to talk a little bit. The rooms are beautifull. The view from the balcony on Banei and the wide scenery is amazing! The beds where really comfortable and clean. The shower was lovely and also really clean. In the morning we had breakfast from Bonaria, wich was really good, with bread, egg, fruit, sweets and coffee just how we liked it. She offered to take the leftovers with us for lunch (and you will have leftovers because there is a lot). I deffinetely reccomend this place to whoever is visiting the area of Baunei!!!

Very friendly host, fantastic breakfast. Amazing views from the room. We got our ass kicked by the October rains but enjoyed our stay very much anyway!

The breakfast was amazing. The location is perfect to explore the areas surrounding Baunei. We enjoyed our stay!

The host Bonaria is lovely, very heart warming and takes care about you all the time (for example she knows what you need when you go on an 8 hour beach boat tour!) Everything is kept very private. She makes this place special! Thanks again!

Boladina is very very nice, she cooked excellent breakfast to us (when we arrived, she served us some juice and home made cookie which was great!) But it was a little pity that she couldn't speak english and we don't speak italian, so we need goole translate to help us. Anyway, she was nice and highly recommend this place to you!
