Nicolo Apartamenti exceeded all our expectations! The view was stunning, the air was fresh, and the peacefulness of the area made it the perfect place to relax and unwind. The apartment was absolutely spotless – you could tell every detail was taken care of with love and attention. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed – modern, clean, and practical. There was even a washing machine, which made our stay even more comfortable. It's a place where you feel right at home. The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful, always available if we needed anything. We truly felt welcome from the very first moment. Without a doubt, this is the best value for money in the area. It was hard to leave – we completely fell in love with this place. We would come back to sleep here anytime! Highly recommended for anyone looking for tranquility, cleanliness, and genuine hospitality.

“Simple apartment with great view and everything you need”
A simple apartment which served our needs very well. The view from the balcony is really great. Baunei is high up! We were there when it was very hot - the air conditioning is very good - there are units in double bedroom and living room which cool the whole apartment. We had a really nice stay. Thanks.

“Just perfect!”
Spatious, newly finished apartment. Well equipped kitchen, quiet air conditioning. Friendly owners. Wonderful view from the terrace! Located on a quiet street, but comfortably close to the center. We could not wish for more.
