“Really nice Chateau”
We loved everything about this place. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The room was huge and very comfortable. First two days breakfast was brought up to our room, as much as we liked. We ate it in the "game room". The chateau looks historic on the outside, but the rooms have a more modern look, which was fine for us, but if you are looking for a truly historic chateau experience, you need to go elsewhere.

“The room balcony with the castle view was worth it.”
I chose the double room with the castle view. The room is comfortable, and bathroom is clean. This is a vintage hotel, so the common areas are not new. But overall, I didn't really mind the outdated decorations and furniture, they made my visit to Blois more memorable. Location is very good, near to the castle and across a park. The young man at the reception was very helpful, using google translate to communicate with us during check in.

“A unique experience in a wonderful old Chateau”
This particular accommodation should be supported by all travellers who are passing through this region. This chateau appears to have a long history. The feeling of a long bygone elegance in this charming chateau complex, still exists in the interior and exterior with wonderful forest walks with wild cyclamen in bloom under trees. It used to be an orphanage and this social emphasis on vulnerable children is.still being practised by using some of the accommodation money going, as I understand, to worthwhile projects supporting those children! All in all a unique experience to be recommended on all levels!!
