“Beautiful gite in the French countryside”

They made a beautiful continental vegan breakfast. The room was lovely and the hosts were really friendly and nice. Big room great shower and the garden looked nice.

Beautifully renovated building and rooms, tranquil garden and delightful host. Lovely breakfast. We had a great dinner in the old part of town which had a totally different (better!) atmosphere than the more modern ‘strip’ on the main road. We’d approached the chambre d’hote from Eurovélo 6 (coming west) which was definitely the most beautiful way to come. Safe bike storage.

Very kind, gracious and welcoming hostess, even though we arrived later than planned. I asked for vegan options for breakfast, but did not expect the excellent choice she had prepared for us. Super!!!

Béred is a delighful host, and her house and garden are beautiful. Our room was very comfortable and quiet, looking out over the garden. Breakfast was lovely also. We appreciated being able store our bikes securely in the garage.

Fantastic house with a great soul and great owner! All was in the rustical style but nothing from the presence was missing. Lots of wood, quiet and then a nice breakfast in the morning. No TV in the room!! I loved it, this short stay took me back in time.

Very welcoming atmosphere in a charming house with a lovely garden. The venue provided a full and healthy breakfast with fresh and locally produced ingredients. Due to traffic conditions we were later than anticipated but our hostess remained available for personal check-in which was great. Will definitely come back if we are ever again en route to Genève, south of France or Italy.

The place, the house and the garden were very nice. Our room was spacious and beautifully decorated. Breakfast on the terrace was really excellent and the host was perfect. Thank you very much that we could spend our time here. :)))

Fantastic breakfast and stopover if looking to travel from the UK with a more leisurely drive south avoiding the motorway toll route.

Beautifully restored farmhouse with large and sunny garden on the outskirts of Baume, close to a big supermarket and 1 kilometer from the Euro Velo 6 cycling trail following the river Doubs. A small road leads from the accomodation downhill to the river. Breakfast was excellent. There is a good storage for bikes. The owners were very hospitable and helpful. Thank you!
