“Lovely!”
The location is exceptional, surrounded by nature and a wide sky. It was quiet and peaceful, the host was very helpful and he gave us a presentation of the night sky and let us look through the telescope on a clear night. At night the main gate was locked so we felt that our motorbikes were safe.

“Amazing show of stars watching!”
That was an astronomical show from Olivier! Watching the stars via a telescope was amazing. Apartment was spacious and clean

“Great choice in the Verdon Area!”
- We had a fantastic stay; I found the gite very charming, well laid out, and spacious. Everything you could think of was provided - basic spices, oil, vinegar, all the kitchen tools needed for extensive cooking... The gite is traditionally furnished with a lot of wood, giving it a very pleasant look and feel. - The location is fantastic, very well located for exploring the beautiful Verdon. It's also wonderful to relax on the terrace, enjoying the peace and surroundings. - The host Olivier is absolutely fantastic. He is very active from early in the morning until (very) late at night and always helps you with a very big smile on his face. Hats off to him! Nothing is too much trouble. - Not unimportant: a good shower with plenty of hot water (we were two people) and a strong spray (though with a shower curtain ;P). - For the night owls among us (it's really a long wait till it's dark enough in summer :)), there are astronomical sessions where you are guaranteed to learn a lot from the very knowledgeable host and his colleagues. Knowing that Olivier has built this equipment all himself is just insanely admirable.

Jean Marc was so helpful from the moment I emailed with lots of questions. We hired the dome privately which I'm so pleased we did as we all got lots of time on the telescope and everything explained so clearly. One of my most memorable and favourite nights ever...... Getting to see saturn and jupiter! Just wow! What an experience. Would recommend to everyone such a special place.
