The staff member running the place was friendly and attended to all our requests I liked the outdoor shower I loved the little natural hot-spring tub outside the room The bed was beautifully made and everything was very clean

There was this lovely hot natural pool that I really enjoyed. The guy/taking care of the property was super nice and available and also the mountain trip with Nyoman was great I really appreciated it.

“Amazing stay”
The hot spring is amazing, didn’t expect to use it but we did multiple times. It’s located really good and we booked a tour from there, the guide was really amazing!

“Disappointing”
The location was good. Nice view over the lake and pretty quiet apart Roosters singing all night. The hotpools are a bonus as even in the summer the evenings get chilly. Could be a little more enclosed though to make it more private.

Loved the private hot spring bath that they prepared for us 2x - once after dinner and the next morning after our sunrise tour. They even made us a Bon fire to keep us warm after our dinner. Perfect place to totally unwind.

“Tranquil and comfortable”
The cottages are very well finished and extremely comfortable, the hot spring is an amazing feature! The staff are really helpful and organised a taxi for us last minute who made sure we got to our connecting boat on time! Location is remote but good place to be for early morning trekking.

Very interesting hut made of bamboo. Private hot tube with warm water. You can especially enjoy it in the evening/night when the flies are gone. Breakfast was OK. The staff managed to put enough incense and candles to scare the flies so they were not sitting on the plates. The location is in the middle of the field, theoretically you could see the sunrise there but it was clouded when we were there. Possibly at the higher elevation the views would be better. Reasonably quiet at night but if you are light sleeper the cars driving tourists to the sunrise spots at 4-5 in the morning can wake you up. Later roosters start crowing - you are in the village anyway. I think it is a good place to stay for a night or two. If you find some interesting activities in the area, maybe for longer. We didn't find the village very attractive.

“Cottage in the middle of the fields”
Good value for money. They have a private pool for each cottage with warm water, we took a bath in there in the night and after the mount batur. Excellent place to start the mount batur sunrise tour, since it took only 20min to the base camp. The business owner was very helpful. Breakfast was included and we enjoyed it.

The view and location where incredible! The private natural spring spa was so fun to do as the sunset and the stars came out! The staff where so friendly and would do anything to help! Lovely family.

Very lovely cottages, with a great private atmosphere. The hot spring is amazing. Very friendly people (lovely family) and great staff. Great food for a very reasonable price. An additional extra, the owner can sing/play guitar.
