“Safe host and clean room”
The host was friendly and attentive. It wasn't dirty or neglected like the other rooms here. If you're looking for a safe place to stay, I highly recommend it.

The sea view is amazing from the 40th floor. The room is clean and well designed. There is everything you need.

We were placed in a room on the 44th floor. The apartment is spacious, clean, with a large comfortable bed. The room has a small refrigerator, electric kettle, and iron. We didn't use the washing machine and TV, but they were also available. We had a very late check-in and Maryna kindly left us instructions where to find the key. We didn't meet Maryna, but she promptly responded on WhatsApp. The next day Irma came instead, she is welcoming and friendly. The Internet speed is average: it's enough for social networks and it allows you to work remotely for a couple of days, but not all the time. The view from the balcony is wonderful.

The view is espectacular. The apartment is well- equipped and very clean. The host was constantly in touch with me and reachable. The bed is the most comfortable one I have ever slept on.

The location is superb! Could see black sea and city from the balcony plus it was on 40th floor which was amazing! The property was very clean and host was very friendly
