Good location between 'Old' and 'New' Batumi. Spacious apartment with bathroom, fridge and a few kitchen utilities. Balcony.

Very nice owner. Big room, nice balcony to have morning coffee or evening wine. AC works well. Very close to the beach and the center. Night shops are nearby.

The room was comfortable, big, clean and in nice place. Owner was the best and replied directly and helped us a lot. The room has one air-conditioning and one electric heater, si despite the fact that we traveled there during March, we didn't get cold at all. Everything was nice.

We were extremely satisfied with our stay at this apartment! The host is very kind and always available for any questions or needs, which was very helpful. The apartment is perfect for families with children – the proximity to the park and the sea is a big advantage. The location is excellent, with everything you need within easy reach. Highly recommended, and we will definitely come back!

Great place in the city of Batumi, close to the beach and restaurants. Friendly owner that wants to help with everything! It had everything we needed during our three night stay and for this location the price was very reasonable.

“It's worth to stay”
The location is perfect. It is in the center of the city, and you can go everywhere on foot that you need to see and visit. It is in a good neighborhood, on a big street. You can find anything that you want at the midnight. The host is amiable and very helpful. He always asked whether I needed to be helped or not from the beginning to the end of the stay. The room was good and clean. It is a really comfort room. I enjoyed staying even if some missing facilities.

We stayed there 5 days, 4 nights and it was awesome! Mr. Irakli is a very friendly, helpful, generous and accomodating host. He made sure that we can get the help that we needed anytime of the day. He even deducted the cost of our taxi from our payment and asked us to choose from the rooms available, where we wanted to stay and even gave us a ride to the restaurant. The room are well maintained and new, with a nice view from the balcony. Kitchen appliances are provided with pot and pans that the guest can use. Very good wifi coverage. The building main door is secured with RF lock so we are never worried about security. Location wise it is situated on the center of batumi, with a less than 10 mins walk to europe square, batumi boulevard and the beach. 15 mins to the old town. A block away from May 6 park and 5 mins walk to Dolphinarium. Restaurants, shops and market are around the vicinity. Overall, we loved our stay to IKO'S APARTMENT and we will surely book this place again in the future and refer to our friends and family. Highly recommended! Thank you Sir Irakli 👍🙏
