“Great experience in a spacious apartment in the heart of the Old Town”

The apartment location is excellent, in the heart of the old town, at walking distance from everything. The place was clean and spacious and our kid loved exploring it and playing inside. The shower was awesome and the bed in our room huge. There is also a kitchen with a coffee machine and a big fridge. Archie, the host, also helped with all our requests and was always available via whatsapp.

Room looked clean and nicely designed in one style,there were enough toiletries, toothbrushes, slippers, and other supplies, the mattresses were really comfortable, so I slept very well, room was bright, cozy, and comfortable overall

Archi was an extremely great host who greeted us personally and made us feel very welcome. He was always around and responsive. The apartment itself was amazing: clean, spacious and containing all the commodities you might need. The locations was also very good, right in the beautiful Old Town of Batumi. The price is more than fair. I can definitely recommend!

Overall I stayed here as part of a relocation scouting trip. By the end of my stay, I genuinely felt, “Yes, I could live here.” The balance between the sea and the city is perfect, and the apartment naturally lifts your mood on a daily basis. What I loved The location is outstanding. I could walk along the Black Sea every day, which really helped me settle into a daily rhythm. The room is bright and open, and I felt good staying there the whole time. The kitchen is practical and easy to use. I was able to cook simple meals every night (I even made vegetable soup regularly), so long stays are realistic. Check-in was smooth, and communication during the stay was reassuring and stress-free. There are supermarkets and cafés nearby, so it works well for both short and long stays.

Everything was clean and beautiful. The owner was cooperative. The apartment was clean, the water was warm, there was gas, and kitchen utensils were available. The apartment is close to all areas; there are restaurants nearby, a supermarket nearby, and it's close to the beach.

Location is good, there is a 24/7 supermarket nearby and a number of good restaurants. Host was awesome! Very flexible on arrival and any questions we've had, we've stayed for 2 weeks and had no issues with either Wi-Fi, heating, cleaning or facilities. And there was no typical for Batumi case "if you cancel on Booking and pay directly, there will be a discount" which is nice!

“A rather tired apartment in the old town.”

The apartment was in the old town. It was quite large, with lots of wardrobe space and the bedrooms were quiet, as they looked out on the rooftops of a Turkish baths in the hotel next door. The bathroom was fine, with a proper shower enclosure. The kitchen area was good, with a nice big table, but there was no plug or bowl for the sink so that I had to wash up in a large saucepan.

Our stay here was excellent. The apartment is clean, comfortable and well equipped (air condition, kitchen, laundry, etc.). The location is perfect, close enough to the beach, inside the city center, nice stores and restaurants near by. The host was very friendly and helpful, gave us recommendations and made sure we have everything we need during our stay. All in all, great value for money, we would stay again with our family.

It was really cozy in the center of the old town so it was really close to everything. The owner was extremely polite and helpful. We felt like we were at home. In the suit we had there were 3 bedrooms, 1 couch, 1 bed upstairs and 2 bathrooms.

We really liked this house. Everything was very comfortable, 2 spacious and cleaned rooms, there is also everything for a comfortable life (shower gel, shampoo, soap). The landlord is a very kind and pleasant person who went to meet us. The location of the house is very good, there are many restaurants and shops nearby
