The room meets my expectation. Overall cleanliness is good. The bed is confortable. The hotel located near to 2nd Penang bridge make it easy to cross over if want a have a day trip to main island. Easy access to eateries. Penang Premium Outlet is just next door.

The place is perfect for couples! Spacious, comfortable, and equipped with plenty of power outlets. The staff are also incredibly friendly and attentive, making the stay even more enjoyable. The only drawback is its distance from the city, and there aren't many food options available nearby.

I had a very satisfying stay at this hotel. The receptionist was especially friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout the check-in and check-out process. The rest of the staff were also courteous and attentive, making the overall experience comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel environment was clean, well-maintained, and welcoming. I truly appreciate the excellent service provided by the team and would gladly stay here again in the future.

“Was good, comfy and price worthy.”
On my complain over the AC on room 304, the front desk operator Mitra swiftly organized the checking by the maintenance team and quickly changed me to 307 without any hesitation. Job well done.

Easy access by car. Plenty of small cafes and restaurants in the area. Not far from Commercial centers. Business hotel. Rooms are small bu well equipped with the essential. The staff is very pleasant and helpful. I recommend this hotel for business travelers...
