It was the worst experience ever! They cancel your booking at the last minute! Didn't pick up the call, didn't return your money back! Even the booking.com customer service didn't help you get back your money

An interesting place to stay when in Batu Feringhi. There are various facilities in the house. Thank you to the Stay.co team, especially Mr. Kumanan for providing the best service. One day I will come back here to stay again when I come to Penang 😊

“Disappointing”
The bed broke. My mother fell off the bed. The ceiling is opening. Can see the roof up there. Shower pipe leaking. No pressure to have shower. Very disappointed because of the bed. My mother is hurt.

To collect the property was easy. You don't have to go and meet the reception or the owner. I like the outdoor cinema, it's very comfort for me to do my work. Plus it's silent there even though i got many people in the house, it's quite outside. Furthermore, the place is quite strategic for me, because it's near to beach there and near to all access. My overall experience was SUPERB!!!

Property not as promised. We chose the property according to the number of rooms promised according to the number of us present. when we got there there were not enough rooms as advertised. we had to split up and could not gather in one place. this made our vacation not as planned. very disappointing and we feel cheated.
