The guards were very helpful. I didn’t get the code for the lock box straight away due to my eSIM as I had my primary line turned off, so make sure it is on😃 The hosts were very responsive to my texts and phone calls. We arrived at 12 noon and were allowed to wait by the pool until check in at 3pm. The pool and its surrounding area were fantastic. The beach night life and the fireworks were a tad loud for our grandson, but overall the beach was great (although not as good as Aussie beaches which is expected). The local food was delicious although more expensive than George Town. Also local eateries not always open. Couldnt use credit card here as much as George Town, definitely a cash town. Grab app was super easy to get to places, but pre book trip back to Airport, as had a few cancel on us. The washing machine worked great. Grandson loved the big TV. Loved the kitchen table and the quirky artwork/wood work.

“BEST place to stay in Batu Feringghi!”

My new favourite place to stay in Penang. Beautifully decorated, super well equipped, extremely comfortable beds and so spacious. The location was perfect, right on the beach and steps away from the best cafes, restaurants and supermarkets. Highly recommend D'Ferringhi Izakaya. There are even fire shows and live bands just a few mins walk from the apartment. The pool and common areas are well maintained (wish there were more deck chairs though) and check-in/out was a breeze. Owner was very accommodating and quick to respond to some minor issues I had. A sea view would've been the icing on the cake! Will definitely return!

We loved the apartment! It was the best we had stayed in Malaysia! Most aesthetic! The wooden dining table, coffee table, the side tables and the wood art on the wall were a feast for the eyes!. The Kitchen was fully equipped with all that was needed ,the washing machine had the washing liquid detergent provided provided, so were tea and coffee sachets. The apartment was impeccably clean! The view from.tbe balcony were two coconut palms , the swimming pool and a bit of the beach! The location is two minutes walk to the beach from the apartment on one side and the street with restaurants, a mini grocery store, and other souvenir stalls . The building has its own Lebanese Restaurant ,too! The night street with food stalls open every evening on this street! And there is a fire show every evening on the beach exactly opposite the building at around 7.30 pm. The apartment was impeccably clean! A delight to live in! The best apartment we have stayed in during our summer vacation in Malaysia!

The property is amazing. Exactly like on the pictures. Spacious, spotless, the kitchen is fully equipped with whatever one can need for cooking. And the wooded design is amazing. Kids loved the apartment and the pool. Very close to the beach. The beach is white sand. The host was very helpful when we needed their assistance. Would definitely recommend.
