“Superb attraction but dirty environment”

The surrounding attractions is superb

Superb view and clean

The extra bed was not comfortable and the bed sheet and blanket feel not wash. Washing machine and dryer not available for use. No floor mat at the bathroom. cabinet at master room was not upkeep. Just using some tape to tape the cabinets. No extra access card given - if family member went down for swimming, other family can't go out from apartment without access card. No drinking water available.

Location in Batu Ferringhi was excellent and convenient, right next to the beach, close to plenty of cafes and little shops. The apartment is very spacious and generally seems well-maintained. The kitchen has plenty of cutlery and crockery for basic meals, although we preferred to eat out because that's what holidays are for. There's a fabulous view of the pool and sea from the balcony, great spot to watch the sunset! The pool was superb and there are lovely gardens to walk around.

Very well located, the pool is wonderful. The view is fantastic.
