Great Stay – Clean, Comfortable, and Friendly We had a very good experience at Baymont by Wyndham in Battle Creek. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the overall atmosphere was comfortable and welcoming. Breakfast was enjoyable with a good variety, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We’ll definitely be back the next time we’re in the area. Highly recommended!

“Did not stay.. no hot water available.”
Did not stay at hotel. I arrived and ready to check into room. I was told the hotel did not have hot water. I canceled my reservation at desk and had to find another place to stay. Traveled a long way to a hotel without water.

“Just nasty”
First thing upon coming in there was a used washed rag hanging in shower toilet paper wrapper behind the door. Paid extra for got tub in room thats was nasty after filling it and turning the jets on there was a brown ring around the tub got out and showered right away then i wiped up the water on floor and the towel was black.

Nice tile floors without the gross carpet some hotels have. Comforters, pillows, beds were nicer than expected. Fridge and microwave were clean and operational. The TV worked fine, coffeemaker in room was appreciated. Breakfast was sufficient for our needs. Desk clerk was very cheerful and helpful. Air conditioning worked well. The only thing not perfect was the hot tub was out of order, but it was 90 degrees and we wouldn't have used it anyway. Also, there were not any outlets to charge devices, but we found one behind the nightstand. The plug in the lamp didn't work. That would be my only suggestion for improvement--to provide charging ports.

“Room dirty as well as the building, door locks were broken, no safe security for the entrances.”
New staff that's willing to clean the property,as I walked to the front desk to check in she proceeded to walk right pass me to have a smoke break great way to treat a customer! feel more safe, New locks for doors an entrances, making sure bed rooms are clean as well, should be necessary to change the pricing of rooms until it's up to code for the price your asking for a stay, trash is everywhere simply just not clean, never would I had stayed there it I had known of this situation but it's was to late due too I had payed already online, looking at pictures would have you thinking this is a nice hotel not at all do better.

Pool was chilly, hot tub was cold. I had no shower curtain in the bathroom an no shower head to beable to take a shower. Beds were pretty worn out. Overall not satisfied

“Disappointing in many ways but I got a good sleep”
Bed was comfy. Wifi abd TV were great. Water was hot and the fridge big and cold
