We chose this hotel on our way to New Orleans. The location is very good — just a few minutes by car from the center of Baton Rouge. The hotel itself is fine, a typical Hampton, and I’ve stayed in similar ones several times before.

“Clean and comfy and close to the freeway.”
Our room 707 was very spacious and clean.. bed was comfortable and bathroom a decent size. The man on reception at check in and check out was an asset to the hotel. Breakfast area was good and there is an all day/night coffee bar.

I left my cell phone charger plugged in on the bedside table and called the hotel only a few hours later, only to receive a phone call the next morning that it wasn't in the housekeeping office. Very disappointed that it was stolen from me, so will never stay at the hotel again.

The breakfast was amazing. The lady who took care of the breakfast and dining area did an exceptional job. It was super clean and comfortable. The food was delicious.
