“Should have been great, but was lousy.”
I was there for an early flight from the Baton rouge Airport. there was no shuttle bus from the hotel to the airport. I walked for 30 minutes with two heavy bags and a back pack the short distance from the hotel. the WIFI was not functioning. I had work to do. It didn't happen. The staff did the best they could do. It is upon the owners and management to correct these deficiencies. this should have been a great stay, but the lack of care by the owners and management shows.

“The stay was ok, it's been a month now and i have not received my deposit.”
It was stained carpet on the first room, they put us into another room and it had hair in the bed,the staff did take care of the problem

“I pray I don't have to come back. Weather caused our pipes to burst, breaker box cause fire”
The front had a couple of problems but they tried after I expressed my concerns of the staff coming 8nto my room and staff interrupting my special needs family member. So I will say they tried to correct the problem.
