“Scam”
Access to the house was closed for the construction of the road. There was no pavement; bulldozers were digging trenches. Silica dust was making a thick fog in the air. The car got covered in a thick layer of dust in an hour. There was no warning before I made a full 25-day prepayment about any of that. The owner came to the house, and we agreed he would return 15 days of rent, and I would find another place. After that, he declined to fulfil the agreement. Booking tried to talk with the owner, and he lied about lost keys. Booking recommended I leave a review and proposed 20 EUR compensation for 2200 EUR loss. We got enough proof of false advertising, false claims of events, and not fulfilling the agreement. Lawyers are preparing the case.
