Excellent terrace style villa with a great fit out, excellent kitchen laundry and bathrooms. Luxurious shower in the ensuite. Large lounge room and TV. Great air conditioning system which kept the place warm. Good outdoor area that would be great in summer with full access from the living area. The villa is very close to the centre of Bathurst and easy parking out the front.
