“Not happy with the lack of maintenance to the rec area and the fact the pool isn t heated in the win”
The pool wasn t heated, the hottub was broken and in the weight room some of the exercise equipment was broken and couldn't be used. Poor maintenance

I had to pay for dry fish battered with sawdust that tasted so bad that I couldn't even eat it drowned in tartar sauce and there was no body wash in my shower so just a rince

The room was very nice and pretty much clean, except when we walked in there was a toothpick on the floor in front of the nightstand, and there was a toenail clipping on the floor along with a few other specs of dirt. It was obvious the room was not vacuumed.

“Four-star hotel with no customer service”
The location of the hotel is not good at all. The posted zip code was wrong and we found it again on Google. When we arrived, we were met by two very rude employees, without any greeting, without any pleasantries. The room was very good, but the hotel does not have an elevator and it was very difficult to get to the room. There were four of us in the room. There were only two large towels for the bathroom. When we called them, they rudely told us to go to the reception and get them. It was the first time I had seen such rude behaviour in a hotel.

The front desk person had very poor English skills. Could not explain things to me and had to get someone else to help us when we had questions. Room setting smelled a bit and very cold when we arrived. Bed was not comfortable.. too soft.
