We originally booked a cabin that turned out to be smaller than we expected. Thankfully, the wonderful team at reception noticed this and realised we might not be comfortable. They kindly offered us a much better cabin for just a little extra cost. It made such a difference to our stay, and we truly appreciated their help. Thank you to the lovely couple at reception — you were amazing! 😊

Easy, friendly check in, welcoming staff. Whilst basic and showing its age , cabin was clean and comfortable and had everything you needed. Bed was comfortable and aircon effective.
