I really enjoyed my 10 night stay at this brand new property. The apartment was fresh and modern. The entire management team was responsive and friendly. The location was super convenient, short walking distance to the promenade, beaches, restaurants, grocery stores and anything else that you might need. Easy access to Tel Aviv via taxi/ride share, and public transport is also easily accessible. Overall great value.

Location was good. Close to shops. Close to public buses. Close distance to the sea. Room was basic but good size with comfortable bed.

clean when I arrived as it is not a hotel and should not be described as such. At no point during the week did anyone come in to clean all of the fresh towels and toilet roll I had to ask for them on one occasion I ran out completely and had to ask another room for some. There was never read one really around to ask for help although they were very responsive via WhatsApp. The location of the hotel is very convenient for the beach.

“A relaxing place with a lovely view 😊”

The room was very spacious, relaxing design and a nice view from the window. The location of the apartment was convenient, just a five minute walk from the Bat Yam promenade, close to the sea, to restaurants. A sand parking lot is close to the hotel, and there was always a parking spot when we parked. It was great, the instructions for getting the room were very clear. 😊
