“The value would have still been there at 3X the price”
Completely blown away. Tried to pay more and they wouldn't let me. Gorgeous property, hosts went above and beyond, just a few minutes from the airport. Tasty breakfast with fresh coffee. Sweet dog roaming around the garden. I'm still in disbelief just how inexpensive this place was. Thank you for taking such good care of me.

This is a lovely place to stay, close to the airport but surrounded by countryside. Very kind hosts who drove me to the airport for my departing flight. The room was spacious, stylish and comfortable with a balcony and lovely breakfast.

The owners are very welcoming and couldn't do enough to ensure our comfort. They contacted us before our arrival and asked for information such as food allergies etc. so that they were fully prepared for our arrival. The breakfast was exceptional and covered any allergies we raised beforehand.

“It was a lovely experience and we would not hesitate for one moment to recommend this place.”
The breakfast was daily fresh and abundant and served at the time which we requested. The hosts were very friendly and helpful and the premises and room were comfortable and clean with a good sized modern bathroom. Parking facilities were also excellent and secure. The location was also very good for travelling to all parts of Umbria particularly Perugia and Assisi.

I chose this B&B mainly because it was near the airport and offered a free transfer. it exceeded my expectations. The rooms were stylishly renovated, quite newly done and very comfortable. The Farmhouse is surrounded by beautiful countryside and there’s an excellent restaurant 1.5k away. We received a free pickup and lift back to the airport and a nice breakfast which made it good value for us. Perfect, thank you.
