Wonderful owners, convenient location: close to the bus stop, supermarkets, beach. Cozy and quiet apartment, despite the proximity of the road. Very clean, convenient that there is a washing machine and dishwasher.

The view from the yard was marvelous. The opportunity to use barbecue is also great.
